I bought this mixer on 8 December 2023 and had already baked a few cakes with it. However, last week, when I finished baking a cake, I went to remove the rod to wash it and, when I turned it to remove it, it broke and a piece of plastic fell into the cake batter. I was very surprised, as the machine is very powerful and beats cakes very well, but I don't think this piece is suitable for the machine, as it is not very resistant plastic.
I've already filed a claim, but I've been told that the guarantee doesn't cover accessories.
I'm sorry about this, because if the quality of the material of the rod had been the same as the other 2 accessories, this situation would not have occurred. What is the point of having a machine with a very powerful motor, with a very robust bowl, with 2 accessories made of an equally resistant material, if the STICK (which is the part I use the most) is made of a SUPER FRAGILE material?
I think you should rethink your service and take this opportunity to correct your warranty policy (as well as the materials used in your equipment).

Nach langer Suche haben wir endlich einen Ersatz für unsere Lidlmaschine gefunden. Mitbringen wenig Nacharbeit hat das Teil gepasst, viel Geld gespart

Der ist sehr gut paßt auch bei meiner Maschine. Wie beschrieben. Tip den schneebessen auch vo Oden zeigen in foto ,damit man auch den richtigen bestellt.

Ich denke, dass es ein gutes Ersatzteil ist, ich hatte aber das falsche Ersatzteil bestellt.
